Shipping & Return Policy

A transparent, generous, and competitive aftercare package is proposed for the new “Mulier Diamond” brand.

* Returns:

30-day no-questions-asked return policy. Customers may return the product within 30 days of receipt without providing a reason. Return conditions: The product must be unused and returned in its original condition, complete with the original certificate and packaging. During this period, return shipping costs are covered by us (free within the UK; a nominal label fee may apply for other countries). Once the return is processed, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. If the product does not meet the criteria (worn, missing stones, engraved text erased, etc.), the return will be rejected or a partial deduction applied. Dirty or repaired products will not be accepted; responsibility for any loss or damage occurring during shipping lies with the shipping company or the customer after the item is handed over to us.

* Exchange: 30-day exchange/return policy. Products may be exchanged free of charge for the same item or a higher-value item of the same size or model. For example, a ring delivered in the wrong size can be exchanged within 60 days. Customers may choose to complete exchange transactions at our London showroom with one-on-one consultation. At the showroom, customers can try on different models, receive style and sizing advice from our expert team, and select the perfect product. Showroom exchanges are conducted by appointment as part of our special and priority service. Custom-made products are excluded; however, if the customer is not satisfied with a piece, an alternative of equivalent value may be offered. In exceptional cases, a one-time store credit or gift card may be provided.

* Resizing: The first resizing is free (within the widest possible size range). Generally, resizing up to a 0.5-size difference is free; for larger size differences, a fee of £25–50 may apply. The resizing process is completed within 3 business days.

* Engraving Removal: Personal engravings on any ring will be removed for a fee in the event of a return (labor fee ~£20). This condition is communicated because the engraving’s removal is a prerequisite for the item’s resaleability. Similarly, traces of customization do not affect the return process, but the customer is informed in advance.

* Cleaning & Maintenance: Mulier Diamond offers its customers a free annual maintenance and cleaning service. Customers may have their items cleaned and polished at any time (at a store or an authorized jeweler). Additionally, annual inspections of the items (such as stone tightness) are provided free of charge. This service ensures that customers can use their products without any issues while also fostering brand loyalty.

* Repairs: A comprehensive warranty is provided for manufacturing defects and issues arising from normal use. Under this warranty, loose stones and workmanship defects are repaired free of charge. Accidental damage or damage caused by third-party intervention is not covered by the warranty; in such cases, a paid repair quote is provided. Customers are provided with detailed information about the repair process (estimated duration: 1 week). Shipping instructions are provided for international customers to facilitate the process.

* Lifetime Warranty: All products under the Mulier Diamond brand are covered by a lifetime manufacturer’s warranty. No defects resulting from manufacturing are accepted, and any manufacturing defects that may arise during the product’s lifespan will be repaired free of charge.

* Identity Verification & Certification: All diamonds will be certified by IGI or GIA; they are presented with a unique number laser-engraved with the brand logo. Authenticity and quality are guaranteed to the customer through these certificates. The fact that the diamond is lab-grown is clearly stated on all materials (label, invoice, website). The customer is informed about the stone’s technical specifications, such as carat weight, color, and clarity.

* Shipping & Packaging: Products are shipped in stylish, gift-quality packaging (branded box + shipping box). Free shipping is offered for the initial shipment, while prepaid tracked labels are provided for returns and exchanges within the UK. For international returns, customers may be offered a partial contribution at their discretion. Shipping times are clearly stated (2–3 business days within the UK (fast delivery: 1 day), 7 days internationally) and can be tracked using a tracking number. Customers are provided with packaging instructions prior to returning an item.

* Fees and Timeline: Return requests are processed within a maximum of 5 business days from the date of receipt. Exchange items are typically delivered to the customer within approximately 1 week, subject to stock availability. Repairs typically take approximately 1 week. Services not covered by the warranty are priced in advance and communicated to the customer. Limits may be applied to prevent abuse in cases of repeated return and exchange requests.
