Nothing in these Terms affects any rights you may have under applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and any promotion-specific terms or product-specific terms, the more specific terms will apply to the relevant matter.

  • made-to-order or bespoke pieces;

  • personalised or engraved products;

  • accessories or other items listed on the Site from time to time.



6.2 Product information

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, dimensions, materials, prices, and other information shown on the Site are accurate. However, occasional errors, omissions, or typographical mistakes may occur.

6.3 Measurements and specifications

Any carat weights, dimensions, sizes, weights, or similar specifications stated on the Site are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.

7. Product images, natural variation, and jewellery characteristics

7.1 Illustrative images

Images on the Site are provided for illustrative purposes. Actual products may vary slightly from those images.

7.2 Natural and handmade variation

Many jewellery products include natural materials, hand-finishing, or unique stone characteristics. As a result, there may be slight differences in colour, tone, texture, finish, inclusions, patterning, reflections, or appearance.

7.3 Device and display differences

Colours and finishes may also appear differently depending on the device, screen settings, lighting conditions, and image resolution.

7.4 Legal rights unaffected

Nothing in this clause limits your rights if a product is faulty, damaged, not as described, or otherwise non-conforming.

8. Diamond, gemstone, and stone availability

8.1 Availability may change

Some diamonds, gemstones, or other stones shown on the Site may be sourced from third-party suppliers or be subject to real-time availability.

8.2 No guarantee of live availability prior to acceptance

A stone shown as available on the Site may become unavailable before we accept your order.

8.3 Listing and pricing issues

In rare cases, pricing, availability, exchange-rate, supplier-feed, technical, or administrative errors may affect the Site.

8.4 If a selected stone is unavailable

If a selected stone becomes unavailable before we accept your order, we may:

  • reject or cancel the relevant item before acceptance;

  • offer a comparable alternative, if available; or

  • invite you to place a new order for a different product or stone.

If payment has already been taken for an item we cannot supply, we will refund the relevant amount.

9. Hallmarking and legal compliance

9.1 Precious metals

Where required by applicable law, precious metal products described as gold, silver, platinum, or palladium will be hallmarked in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

9.2 Product compliance information

Any legally required hallmarking or related compliance information will be made available on the Site and/or provided with the relevant product where applicable.

10. Placing an order

10.1 Order process

To place an order, you must follow the checkout process on the Site and provide all requested information.

10.2 Review before submission

Before submitting your order, you should check all details carefully, including products, quantities, sizes, delivery information, personalisation details, and prices.

10.3 Your order is an offer

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the relevant product(s) in accordance with these Terms.

10.4 Order acknowledgement

After you place an order, we may send you an acknowledgement email confirming receipt. This acknowledgement does not mean that your order has been accepted.

11. When a contract is formed

11.1 Acceptance

A contract between you and us is formed only when we send you an email confirming that your order, or the relevant part of it, has been accepted and dispatched (the “Dispatch Confirmation”).

11.2 Partial acceptance

If your order contains more than one item, we may accept and dispatch some items separately. A contract is formed only for the item(s) identified in the relevant Dispatch Confirmation.

11.3 If we cannot accept your order

We may be unable to accept your order for reasons including:

  • stock or product unavailability;

  • stone unavailability;

  • payment authorisation failure;

  • suspected fraud or unauthorised activity;

  • inaccurate order information;

  • delivery restrictions;

  • pricing or listing errors;

  • inability to fulfil a bespoke or personalisation request; or

  • breach of these Terms.

If we do not accept your order, we will notify you and refund any payment already taken for the relevant item.

12. Price, currency, taxes, duties, and charges

12.1 Prices

The price payable for a product is the price displayed on the Site at the time you place your order, subject to correction of any obvious errors.

12.2 Currency

Prices may be displayed in one or more currencies. The currency in which your order will be charged will be shown at checkout.

12.3 Taxes

Whether prices shown on the Site include VAT, sales tax, GST, or similar taxes will depend on the destination and the checkout configuration applicable to your order.

12.4 Import duties and local charges

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, clearance charges, or similar local charges may apply unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

The treatment of such charges will be set out at checkout and/or in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

12.5 Delivery charges

Any delivery charges will be shown during checkout before you submit your order.

12.6 Pricing errors

If we discover an obvious or material pricing error before accepting your order, we may reject or cancel the relevant part of the order and refund any payment already made for that item.

13. Payment

14. Delivery

14.1 Delivery destinations

We currently offer delivery to the United Kingdom and selected international destinations, as shown on the Site or at checkout.

14.2 Delivery times

Any delivery dates or delivery windows displayed on the Site, at checkout, or in any communication are estimates only unless expressly stated otherwise.

14.3 Split shipments

We may dispatch items separately where reasonably necessary.

14.4 Delivery information

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details.

14.5 Signature and enhanced delivery procedures

For certain products, values, or destinations, we may require a signature on delivery or use enhanced delivery procedures.


14.6 Failed delivery

If delivery cannot be completed because you fail to accept delivery, fail to collect the parcel, or provide incorrect delivery information, we may charge additional delivery, storage, or return costs where lawful and reasonable.

14.7 Customs and border delays

International deliveries may be delayed by customs, import processing, carrier backlogs, border procedures, or other matters outside our reasonable control.

14.8 Delivery completion

Delivery takes place when the products are delivered to the address specified in your order or are otherwise placed in your possession or the possession of a person identified by you.

15. Risk and title

15.1 Risk

Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

15.2 Title

Ownership of the products passes to you only when we have received payment in full for those products.

16. Personalised, engraved, bespoke, and made-to-order products

16.1 Scope

Some products may be made to your specifications or clearly personalised for you. This may include:

  • engraved products;

  • bespoke products;

  • made-to-order products;

  • custom stone selections;

  • customised ring sizes or settings; and

  • personalised inscriptions, initials, names, dates, or other wording.

16.2 Accuracy of custom details

You are responsible for ensuring that all personalisation details and bespoke instructions are correct before placing your order.




16.3 Refusal of prohibited requests

We may refuse any engraving, wording, design input, or custom request that we reasonably consider unlawful, infringing, offensive, abusive, discriminatory, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate.

16.4 Cancellation rights

Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised may not be eligible for cancellation or change-of-mind return once the contract has been formed, except where the item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or otherwise non-conforming under applicable law.

16.5 Lead times

Lead times for bespoke, personalised, or made-to-order products are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.

17. Customer-supplied wording, content, and materials

17.1 Your responsibility

If you provide wording, images, artwork, initials, symbols, instructions, or other materials for use in connection with a personalised or bespoke order, you confirm that:

  • you have the right to provide that material to us;

  • our use of it to fulfil your order will not infringe any third-party rights; and

  • the material is lawful and does not contain prohibited content.

17.2 Licence to use

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use such materials solely for reviewing, preparing, producing, and fulfilling your order.

17.3 Rejection of materials

We may reject any content or cancel the relevant part of an order if we reasonably believe it breaches this clause.

18. Your right to cancel

18.1 Standard products

If you are a consumer and you purchase standard, non-personalised goods, you may have a statutory right to cancel your contract within 14 days, beginning on the day after you or a person identified by you receives the goods.

18.2 Multiple deliveries

If goods are delivered in instalments or on different days, the cancellation period ends 14 days after the day on which you or a person identified by you receives the last item.


18.3 How to cancel

To cancel, you must clearly inform us using the contact details in clause 1. You may use any model cancellation form we provide, but you do not have to use it.

18.4 Exceptions

The statutory right to cancel does not apply, or may not apply, to products made to your specifications or clearly personalised, and may also not apply in other circumstances permitted by law.

19. Returns, exchanges, and refunds

19.1 Returning cancelled goods

If you cancel a contract under clause 18, you must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which you informed us of your decision to cancel.

19.2 Condition of returned goods

You may handle the goods only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. If the value of the goods is reduced by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary, we may make a lawful deduction from your refund.

19.3 Return costs

Unless we expressly agree otherwise, or unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning cancelled goods.

19.4 Refund timing

If you validly cancel a contract, we will refund the relevant price paid and the basic outbound delivery charge, if applicable, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after:

  • the day we receive the returned goods; or

  • if earlier, the day you provide evidence that you have sent them back.

19.5 Refund method

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise.

19.6 Extended returns or goodwill policies

If we offer an extended returns period or any goodwill returns policy, the relevant conditions will be set out on the Site or in our Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy. Such policies are additional to and do not replace your legal rights.

19.7 Exchanges

If exchanges are offered, the process and conditions will be set out in our Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy.

20. Faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not-as-described items

20.1 Your legal rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights if goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect, not as described, or otherwise fail to conform to the contract.

20.2 Notification

If you believe that a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide your order details and any supporting information we reasonably request, including photographs where appropriate.

20.3 Inspection

We may ask you to return the item to us for inspection, or to provide further supporting information before confirming the appropriate remedy.

20.4 Remedies

Where required by law, or where we otherwise agree, we may repair, replace, or refund the relevant product, depending on the circumstances and the remedy available under applicable law.

20.5 Return costs for non-conforming goods

Where an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrect, or not as described, we will deal with reasonable return costs in accordance with your legal rights and our applicable process.

21. Warranty, repairs, and jewellery care

21.1 Separate warranty and aftercare terms

We may offer a commercial warranty, repair service, or aftercare service for certain products. Where we do, the relevant details, scope, duration, and exclusions will be set out in our Warranty, Repairs and Jewellery Care Policy or otherwise made available on the Site.

21.2 Statutory rights not affected

Any commercial warranty we offer is in addition to, and does not replace or reduce, your legal rights.

21.3 Exclusions that may apply to a commercial warranty

Without affecting your legal rights, any commercial warranty we offer may exclude matters such as:

  • ordinary wear and tear;

  • accidental damage;

  • misuse or neglect;

  • improper storage or care;

  • exposure to chemicals, perfumes, or corrosive substances;

  • unauthorised repairs, resizing, or alterations by third parties; and

  • damage resulting from use contrary to care instructions.

21.4 Proof of purchase

We may require proof of purchase before providing a repair, replacement, or service under any commercial warranty or aftercare programme.

22. Promotions, discounts, complimentary items, and gift cards

22.1 Promotions

From time to time, we may run promotions, discount campaigns, gift-with-purchase offers, bundle offers, or similar campaigns. Additional terms may apply.

22.2 General promotion conditions

Unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion:

  • only one code may be used per order;

  • codes may not be combined;

  • codes may be excluded from selected items, collections, gift cards, sale items, bundles, or sets;

  • promotions are subject to availability; and

  • promotions may be withdrawn, amended, or refused where reasonably necessary.

22.3 Complimentary items

If you receive a complimentary item as part of a qualifying purchase and later return or receive a refund for the qualifying item(s) so that the order no longer qualifies for the promotion, we may require the complimentary item to be returned or, where lawful and disclosed, deduct its fair value from any refund due.

22.4 Faulty complimentary items

Nothing in this clause affects any rights you may have where a complimentary item is faulty, not fit for purpose, or not as described, to the extent such rights apply.

22.5 Gift cards

If we offer gift cards, their use may be subject to separate gift card terms published on the Site.

23. Intellectual property

23.1 Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the Site and its content, including product photography, product descriptions, text, graphics, branding, logos, designs, layout, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to us unless stated otherwise.

23.2 Limited permitted use

You may use the Site and its content only for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with browsing the Site and placing legitimate orders.

23.3 Restricted acts

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, scrape, commercially exploit, publish, republish, frame, mirror, or otherwise use any Site content without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law.

26. Site availability and technical issues

We do not guarantee that the Site, or any part of it, will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

26.2 Maintenance and changes

We may suspend, withdraw, restrict, or change all or any part of the Site where reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, updates, security, technical reasons, or business reasons.

26.3 Security

Although we take reasonable steps to protect the Site, you are responsible for ensuring that your devices, software, and internet connections are suitable and secure for accessing it.

27. Our liability

27.1 Foreseeable loss

If we breach these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.

27.2 No exclusion of certain liabilities

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for:

  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

  • breach of your legal rights in relation to products.

27.3 Business losses

  • customs delays;

  • carrier or logistics failures;

  • utility failures; or

  • supplier failures outside our reasonable control.

28.2 Reasonable steps

Where such an event occurs, we will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and, where appropriate, notify you.

29. Suspension, refusal, and cancellation by us

29.2 Cancellation after acceptance

After acceptance, we may cancel a contract only where permitted under these Terms or applicable law, including where performance becomes impossible or unlawful, or where there has been a material error that cannot reasonably be resolved otherwise.

29.3 Refund on cancellation

If we cancel an order or contract and you are entitled to a refund, we will refund the relevant sums paid by you for the affected item(s).

30.2 Applicable version

The version of the Terms that applies to your use of the Site will generally be the version in force at the relevant time. The version that applies to any purchase contract will be the version in force when you submitted the relevant order, unless a change is required by law or government authority to apply to existing contracts.

32. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any contract between you and us are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

32.2 Consumers outside England and Wales

If you are a consumer living outside England and Wales, you may also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you reside, to the extent such provisions apply and cannot lawfully be excluded.

32.3 Jurisdiction

If you are a consumer, you may bring legal proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law. If you are not a consumer, the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

33. General

33.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed or interpreted to the minimum extent necessary, and the remainder of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

33.2 No waiver

Any delay or failure by us to enforce any right or remedy under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other right or remedy.

33.3 Third-party rights

A person who is not a party to a contract between you and us shall have no right to enforce any term of that contract, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

33.4 Entire agreement

These Terms, together with any documents expressly referred to in them, set out the agreement between you and us relating to your use of the Site and any purchase made through it, except that this does not exclude any statement, information, or right incorporated by law.



33.5 Assignment

We may transfer or assign our rights and obligations under these Terms where doing so does not reduce your rights. You may not transfer your rights or obligations without our prior written consent, except where the law allows otherwise.

These Terms are made available in English. Orders placed through the Site are concluded in English unless expressly stated otherwise on the Site.
